The Xi'an Ke Long refrigeration incorporation limited is the largest manufacturer of non- fluorine refrigerator in north-west region of China and it is mainly engaged in developing, producing, and marketing the energy-conserving and the environmental-protecting refrigeration compressors. The company obtained its certificate of ISO9000 in October 2002. Meantime it attempted an overall quality management, established a basic quality guarantee system, and tentatively standardized its managerial operations. But at present the overall management is confronted with many problems, which result in the high cost and instability of its products and the low production level. So, for the company, in order to thrive on and become outstanding, present quality control is far less sufficient. Moreover, the goal of customer satisfaction should be maintained consistently, a thorough Quality Management consolidation executed, and the level of product quality and quality control unceasingly enhanced.
