Research On The Restriction Factors Of He Bei Proviencrural E-commerce Development

Hebei province has always been agricultural province in China,agriculture occupies an important part of the national economy of Hebei.By the end of 2016,the living rural population in HeBei province accounts for 46.68% of the total population,The contradiction between farmers and market has always been a key restricting factors in the development of agricultural economy in He Bei province,with the development of the rural informationization and the using of Internet technology,Making the rural electronic commerce in a rapid development,the agricultural production and management in HeBei province has also make a big change with it,being the important bridge connecting the rural and market.So the reserch of the restricting factors of rural e-commerce development in HeBei province to enhance the development of the agricultural economy and the healthy development of rural e-commerce plays an important role.The restricts of the rural electronic commerce development in HeBei province as the research object in this study.On the analysis of the theory about the development of the rural electronic commerce both at home and abroad.First of all,analyzing HeBei province rural electronic commerce development present situation,finding out the restriction factors of it.Secondly,evaluating the restricting factors of rural e-commerce development in HeBei province,From characteristics from farmers,rural logistics level,government support,agricultural characteristics,consumer willingness to establish analytic hierarchy model with a set of indicator system was established,including 5 first grade indexes and 24 secondary indexes.Based on Delphi method to judge the importance of every index to construct judgment matrix,through the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight,size and single sorting and hierarchical total sorts respectively by the satisfactory consistency check.In addition,making a detailed analysis on the results,and concreting questions on the results.In the end,specifically putting forward to promote rural electronic commerce development countermeasures in HeBei province,the research for our country in other parts of the rural electronic commerce development also have certain reference values.
