Research On The Impact Of Network Embeddedness?Knowledge Transfer On Hotel Service Innovation Capability

In recent years,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the network resources in the enterprise.Through the network Embeddedness,enterprises can obtain a lot of heterogeneous resources.These resources,especially knowledge resources,can help enterprises to improve their ability to innovate.At the moment,China's hotel industry is extremely competitive,and the survival situation is difficult.Therefore,it is urgent to get rid of this dilemma through service innovation.This paper takes the hotel service innovation capability as the embedded point,discusses the role and influence of network embedding and knowledge transfer,and focuses on the mediating role of knowledge transfer in the two.From the perspective of social network,the network is divided into two dimensions:relational embedding and structural embedding,and then from the service mechanism of the effect of relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness of hotel innovation ability puts forward research hypotheses and constructs a conceptual model.Then through the empirical analysis method,the research hypothesis is verified.The research results show that:(1)relationship embeddedness?structural embeddedness has a significant positive impact on hotel service innovation capability.(2)knowledge transfer has a significant positive impact on hotel service innovation capability.(3)Relational embedding?structural embedding has a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer.(4)Knowledge transfer plays an intermediary role between network embeddedness and service innovation ability.Finally,according to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the management strategy of improving the hotel service innovation ability from two aspects of network embeddedness and knowledge transfer.
