| With the rapid development of science and technology,the arrival of the Internet+,innovation has become the enterprise development boosters,how to achieve the innovation of the enterprise as the primary problems plaguing the industry.This is especially true for high and new technology enterprise.So competitive in today's society,the difficulties and opportunities coexist,by our own strength alone is hard to survival and development,so enterprises need to "go out" to seek new knowledge and resources,through the cooperation with other members of the organization to develop new knowledge and skills,a breakthrough in innovation.Innovation has become a hot research in the theoretical circle and scholars on the influencing factors of enterprise innovation carried out extensive research,but there is no more unified conclusions.In order to more comprehensive study of enterprise innovation,this article from the enterprise ability of internal and external two aspects of network,the research on enterprise's innovation activities.Innovation is the important way to keep healthy and rapid development of enterprises.For innovation,enterprises should strengthen internal ability first,improve internal resources utilization.Secondly,according to the requirements of innovation,the enterprise needs to be properly combined with external resources.External network is an important way of promoting the enterprise effective access to external resources,enterprises with the frequent interaction between members of the network,you can learn from each other,share knowledge,for the risks,so as to promote the innovation of the enterprise.Knowledge is the most important intangible resources enterprise,with the development of the enterprise,is also growing demand for knowledge of the enterprise.Fused knowledge and the ability of enterprise itself,into the enterprise's unique knowledge and skills,so as to realize the innovation,keep the enterprise competitive advantage.This article selects the high and new technology enterprises in China as the research object.On the basis of the previous scholars'research scale,based on the research object of this paper,design the questionnaire in this paper.In terms of internal ability,this article selects the most representative for high and new technology enterprise technical ability as the independent variable.What enterprise from the external network access to resources and closely related to the enterprise's position in the network,this paper chose the network embeddedness,as another argument.Enterprise can acquire knowledge way has a lot of,the main can be summarized as from the enterprise internal and external,will therefore knowledge acquisition as intermediary variable of this article,based on the research model and discusses technical ability,network embeddedness,knowledge acquisition effects on enterprise innovation performance.Charge in this paper,a total of 145 valid questionnaires,using SPSS18.0 to scale the authenticity and validity of the inspection,using AMOS 18.0 model fitting and assumptions are verified.Research results show that the technical skills,embedded network,knowledge acquisition is significantly positive influence on enterprise's innovation performance.Knowledge acquisition in the technical ability,network embedded and partial mediation effect exist in the innovation performance,assuming that supported.Thus,this paper argues that the development of the enterprise in pay attention to their own ability,at the same time should also be appropriate to strengthen the cooperation with outside,find the new knowledge,seize the opportunity for innovation.In the end,improve enterprise performance. |
