Research On The Maturity Of The Recreational Belt Around Changsha City

With the economy developing continuously and the city residents' willing of traveling and payment ability improving,the recreation activities around the city have become an important part of life for the residents.In addition,with some projects such as rural tourism,tourism precise poverty and so on vigorously promoted by government,the ReBAM research has received a wide attentions of scholars.The current researches indicate that ReBAM researches mainly focus on the aspects of spatial structure and tourism planning,the current limited researches are just confined to the fist-tier cities.The researches about the ReBAM maturity of second line city are lacking.Therefore,being based on the location theory,regional economy spatial structure theory and resort life cycle theory,and according to the construction process proposed by Paulk.Fistly,the study adopts In-depth interview,focus group interview and Modified Delphi to construct the indicator index of the ReBAM maturity of Changsha City.Secondly,the study adopts AHP to obtain the indicators weights to understand the inner relationship of the indicator index.Thirdly,the study adopts the analysis of multi-objective linear weighting function to get the evaluation standard of the ReBAM maturity.Fourthly,the study adopts multi-objective' linear weighting evaluation method to study the ReBAM maturity of Changsha city.The results are as following:(1)the indicator index of the ReBAM maturity of Changsha City,includes four key indicators of functions evaluation(eg,internal structure,integration of recreational belt,recreational facilities,network information cognitive)and 17 evaluation indicators;(2)The ReBAM maturity of Changsha City standard can be divided into mature(comprehensive score value>0.8),less mature(comprehensive score=0.6-0.8),less immature(comprehensive score value=0.3-0.6),and immature(comprehensive score value<0.3);(3)Based on the distances of the Wuyi Square that is as the center point with radius 10km,Changsha will be divided into 10 spheres(representing 10 ReBAM)with circles as the evaluation unit;(4)The recreational belt around city located away from the center point respectively about l~20km or 61~70km will be on the mature stage,and the rest is in a relatively immature stage.Finally,this study puts forward the future directions of the ReBAM maturity of the Changsha City based on the deficiencies of this study.
