The Rebam Tourism Development Research

With the rapid development of economy, the continuous increase of national income, and the more leisure time, more and more people swarm into the traveling wave, and travel has become a way of life. The systems of double-weekend that has implemented since 1995 and three weeks holidays in a year that has implemented since 1999, promote "the holiday economy" prosperous, and give a chance to develop the domestic tourism. The investigation revealed, citizens' choice of journey mainly focused on the circumjacent areas of cities, and the close quarters travel increasingly went up, so the counties around the cities have been the main destinations that citizens took holidays. Recreational Belt Around Metropolises (ReBAM) has appeared in some main tourism cities, and this phenomenon has arose comprehensive attention from domestic and international academia.Now, the ReBAM of Jinan city is outstanding, too. Around Jinan city, there are plentiful tourism resources. The south mountains, east Zhangqiu, north Huanghe River, west Changqing and Pingyin, each has his strong point, and they have the potential that will be ReBAM. From the Report on "Golden-week", we can see that the attractions on the circumjacent areas of cities have been on an equality with the three resorts that exist in the centre both in visitor quantity and in tourism revenue, even, in some aspects, the former exceeds the latter.This thesis takes ReBAM as object, and emphasizes particularly on the study of development of ReBAM, then take example for Jinan. This article is made up of three parts. The first part introduces the basic theories about ReBAM, including the definition, meaning, actuality of ReBAM. Compares ReBAM with the Green Belt, and then points out the similarities and differences between them. The second part is the main body. First, analyses the area and the forming mechanism of ReBAM.
