All-purpose cards' service in China has developed rampantly in the past 20 years since early 1990s.With public transport,subway,BRT and light railway booming,all-purpose cards' service with high consumer sticking and consumer loyalty become necessary.Against the background of quickly growing ITFIN,all-purpose cards' service is trying to entering into new market of third party payment,in the meantime satisfying the existing market of public transport.TF Chengdu is a local all-purpose cards' service provider.Developed for years,it has stable business structure,complete product line and reasonable sales channels.In order to survive in the new market,which is mainly known for third party payment,it must innovate from inside to keep high speed development.With SWOT,I tentatively analyze TF's advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges;in the meantime put forwards new strategies based on the features of the new payment environment.Starting from setting up CRM management system i.e.the promotion of real name cards and setting up CRM data management&application,building new third party payment system i.e.building third party payment scenario together with innovative corporations to looking for new sales channels i.e.restructuring offline sales channels and opening new online sales channels.Through the above mentioned innovative trials,TF is expected to open a new era in the new payment environment with its own features.
