With the rapid development of Electronic Commerce,the third-party payment platform which provides the necessary service is also developing rapidly.On the one hand,the third-party payment platform provides convenience for electronic commerce to promote the development of Electronic Commerce;on the other hand,it also helps commercial banks to increase the volume of business of the e-bank.In the meantime,it threatens the commercial bank on the middle business,deposit business and so on.As a member of the commercial banks,the middle business and the deposit business of bank A was also impacted by the third-party payment platform,and the middle business have also been affected.In this background,what strategies bank A should take to cope with the development of the third-party payment platform is a problem bank A need to resolve immediately.First of all,this paper analyses the influence on bank A with the development of the third-party payment platform from the point of view of commercial bank's different business;secondly,this paper makes SWOT analysis for the third-party platform and the business of bank A respectively,and launches their own core competitiveness,and both parties are interdependent relationship in business,and between the two parties is the relationship of cooperation and competition;moreover,this paper analyses the relationship between the third-party payment platform and bank A with the competition theory and symbiosis theory,and proposes bank A should take competitive cooperation with the third-party payment platform.According to the analysis above,this paper proposes bank A should take competitive cooperation strategy to cope with the development of the third-party payment platform,and proposes cooperative strategy and competitive strategy in detail.
