With the deepening of the reform of China's construction management system and the gradual formation of the market competition mechanism,the organizational structure and production mode of the construction enterprises in our country have undergone profound changes.The vast majority of construction enterprises to the project management as the focus of enterprise management,basically formed a project management as the core business management model.Cost control is the core of project management,the construction cost is the key to decide the market competitiveness of construction enterprises.Therefore,it has important practical significance to study the project cost control of construction enterprises to enhance market competitiveness.At present,the aim of the construction enterprise is to meet the needs of the customers for the construction products,and to obtain the highest profit.To achieve the goals of the enterprise,in the process of project management,construction enterprises should be based on project cost control of the basic theory as a guide,starting from the engineering project the external reality and internal cost control situation,take effective cost control method,the cost of the event tracking and monitoring,timely detection and correction cost deviation,summary experience,to ensure the realization of the target of the project cost.Project cost management is in a reasonable and effective project cost management knowledge,professional methods and scientific for project cost plan,project resource control,project profitability and risk management in an all-round way.In addition,the project cost management should also consider the effect of the control factors: one is the demand for a given resource cost of the completion of the project;the project cost management in the decision-making process can influence degree for the completion of the project cost control project;third is involved in various relations for different people and this level of project cost control.Based on the oil production of Jilin North Hotel project as the research object.Jilin North Hotel project construction units for the Jilin canasin Hotel-the goal and function of planning and positioning,is the construction units in the future business expansion of the bridgehead.The research on cost control of the project is of great practical significance.This article carries on the investigation to the cost control work,analyzes the project existence question and the origin,mainly elaborates the optimized cost control flow and the improvement hotel project cost control concrete measure.This paper firstly describes the research background and significance,explains the core status of project cost control in the process of project management;followed by the related theory,and then this paper introduces general situation and cost control in Jilin North Hotel project,and expounds the existing problems and reasons of the project cost control;the focus of this paper is according to the actual North Hotel project cost control,combined with the related theory,put forward the improvement measures of the project cost control.Under the guidance of the above research ideas,this paper is organized as follows:The first chapter introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance of the research on the project cost control,and puts forward the research methods,research ideas and contents.The second chapter summarizes the theory of project cost control.This chapter introduces the basic theory of project cost management,including project cost management concepts and objectives,contents and functions;this chapter also introduces the related theory of cost control of the project cost control,including the connotation,principles and ideas.The third chapter is the overview and analysis of the cost control of the North Hotel project.In this chapter,the author introduces the general situation of the project of the North Hotel in Jilin,and expounds the general situation of the cost control of the North Hotel project.The fourth chapter is the improvement measures of the cost control of the North Hotel project.This chapter puts forward the optimization cost control procedures,including two aspects to strengthen the tracking effect of project cost control in the whole process of project cost management,put forward specific measures to control the cost;cost control,including: improving work quality and perfect cost control system,to strengthen the three aspects of cost control informationization application.Fifth chapter.Conclusions and prospects.The full text is summarized and the research prospect is put forward.Through this study,reviews the current situation of construction enterprise construction cost control in China,an objective analysis of China's construction enterprises in the cost control of the problems and shortcomings,trying to gain a foothold in these problems and shortcomings,put forward effective measures for enterprise cost control and countermeasures,strengthen enterprise cost control concept,to further enhance the enterprise cost control ability.The author through the analysis that,the enterprise cost control ability and market competitiveness of enterprises showing a positive relationship,only the ability to solve the enterprise cost control fundamentally,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper summarizes some conclusions:1 project cost control is the core of project management.The process of project cost control is the whole process of project management from start to finish.For the project,to achieve the effective management of the project,we must strictly from beginning to end through the concept of cost control,using the methods of cost control in each subdivision process and link,the objectives of the project management and project management effectively combine.2 efficient cost control organization and management mechanism is essential.The important content of the project cost control is based on the efficient cost control organization and project management mechanism,and the specific measures and methods of cost control in each stage before and after the implementation of the project.As mentioned above,the main contents include the project cost control of the project cost forecast,preparation of project cost plan,project cost control,project cost accounting analysis,project cost assessment,cost control in Jilin North Hotel project is around these aspects step by step.3 the traditional concept of cost control problems.The author found that there are many loopholes and drawbacks in the cost control system based on the traditional concept.The influence of the old concept,the traditional cost control system,there is serious empiricism,cannot form scientific,effective and perfect cost control system applied to the enterprise cost control will often cause a variety of problems.Based on this,in order to further promote the improvement of enterprise cost control system of the project,and optimize the reconstruction process improvement project cost control,standardized project cost control of project cost information analysis,effective prediction,planning and management of project cost is very necessary.In summary,through this research and analysis,explore the optimal cost control of hotel project,improve the oil production of the hotel project cost control ability,and other types of project cost control and provide the reference.
