The Impact Of Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railways On Accessibility And Economic Ties In The Major Cities Along

Since the implementation of the Northeast revitalization strategy in 2003,the northeastern region's economic development has increased,but after entering in 2012,the face of severe domestic and international economic situation,the Northeast economy once again into a predicament.In order to solve this problem,the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau held a meeting in late 2015 and adopted the “comprehensive revitalization of the northeast region and other old industrial base of a number of opinions”,emphasizing the promotion of the northeast old industrial base of the development of vitality,endogenous power and overall the importance of competitiveness.The railway construction as a strengthening of economic ties around the people to meet the needs of the transport infrastructure,to promote economic development has a very important practical significance.Harbin high-speed rail,as the highest standards high-speed railway designed and constructed in Northeast areas,its construction is not only to meet people's travel needs,more is to strengthen the economic ties between cities along the city to promote economic growth in Northeast,Important research significance.In the past,there was no special study on the impact of high-speed rail on the city's accessibility and economic ties based on the central city along the high-speed rail.Based on the above shortcomings,this paper takes into account the average weighted time,the daily reachability and the economic potential.The gravitational model is used to analyze the four main central cities along the Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway,and the actual data are calculated and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The construction of Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail has greatly reduced the spatial and temporal distance between the four sub-provincial cities in Northeast China and enhanced the economic ties between them.(2)the opening of the Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail makes the travel radius of residents along the area doubled,the flow of various factors to speed up the formation of a Changchun,Shenyang as the center of the 1.5-hour economic circle,Harbin,Dalian as the center of 2 hours Economic Circle.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions to improve the relevant infrastructure of Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway,strengthen the economic interaction between the four cities,and effectively improve the overall development level of the Northeast region,to create the conditions for the northeast of regional economic integration.
