Study On The Influence Of Harbin-dalian High-Speed Railway To Its Neighboring Areas Economy

Transportation industry plays an important role in the process of social development.Railway transportation takes the leading position in the transport industry,which contributions immeasurable to the economic development.The construction and operation of the high-speed railway is a modern transportation with high-speed operation,low power consumption,which relieving the transport tension of passenger in the original railway.At the same time,it changes the pattern of traffic network gradually in China,and also has a profound impact on the way to the area and brings the new opportunity for the development of regional.As an important communication traffic trunk in the northeastern region,the successful operations of Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail,which is a symbol of the three northeast provinces of China entered the "era of High-speed Rail" successfully,and its influence on the regional development has received more and more attention in some field of scholars.This paper starts from the related theories of transportation and regional economy,the basic infrastructure of research are the accessibility,the "point-axis" theory and the network development theory,and processes from the spatial accessibility,industrial and employment structure,the regional tourism industry,the logistics industry which analyses the effect on regional development of the high-speed Rail,and provides the basis for constructing analytical index system.In the quantitative part,by the qualitative analysis of systematically combing and assessing relevant theory at home and abroad,as well as combing the regional economy,population,transportation,tourism along the area of Harbin-Dalian High-speed Rail.By with and without comparison model,taking the impact of Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail on the northeast region as the example.this paper compares the changes of passenger effective average travel time,space economic ties,tertiary industry GDP and other indicators,in two cases of "with" and "without" high-speed railway after putting into operation of Harbin-Dalian Inter-city Railway in 2012 and 2013,and analysis the release of railway freight volume by the method of deduction coefficient calculation.Finally through the comprehensive analysis and conclusion of the various rates of changes and the development situation of the regional,as well as on the basis of the study on the reasons,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions on how to exert the induct function of high-speed railway to speed up the economic development in Northeast china.It also has great significance for promoting the development process of High-speed Rail in China and enhancing the comprehensive and national strength of our country.
