The Study Of The Operating Risk Management In The Supply Chain Finance Of CITIC Bank Tangshan Branch

The introduction of supply chain finance(SCF)products has broadened the innovation thinking and changed the view of banking credit products to domestic bankers.With reference to the SCF products,more and more similar products is designed to solve the problem of the low credit level of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.Compared to traditional credit products,the SCF products transfer the credit risk by introducing a cooperation and complicated operation process management.It makes the bank initiative in the management of credit capital and improve the ability of credit risk controlling.In recent years,as the banking selected a "formalized" and "rough" way to manage the SCF products,leading to the operational risk outbreak frequently in our country,the bankers shout out a slogan of " return to the nature of credit,return to the traditional business".It makes the development of SCF products to a halt.This article analyze the cause of the various problems in the development of Tangshan branch of China Citic Bank.According to the advanced management experience both at home and abroad,it conducts the thorough research to the risk of the operations from the microscopic view,and put forward to solving measures.This article is divided into four chapters altogether.chapter one is introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of topic selection and research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the SCF operational risk.The second chapter introduces the operational risk controlling status and existing problems of Tangshan branch of China Citic Bank,and analyze the causes of the problems.With reference toproblems put forward in the chapter two,the third chapter introduces the countermeasures of the SCF business operational risk in six different areas.The fourth chapter introduces the operation risk prevention and controlling methods of SCF products from the perspective of system construction.It includes the differentiation of the management strategy,the construction of internal control and the early warning mechanism..
