In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of China’s state-owned commercial banks,strategic management is widely used in the operation and management of commercial banks.Strategic management is based on a commercial bank’s strategic objectives,combined with its own development and characteristics of strategic implementation and evaluation,leading authorities to effectively leaving the bank to achieve a scientific decision-making of the original goals.Strategic management is a comprehensive combination of marketing,production,budgeting,discipline-based research and development and a series consisting of an overall management methods.At present,China’s state owned commercial banks are vigorously promoting the mechanism of change,gradually increasing market awareness and operational efficiency,achieving rapid development,and gradually forming a mature mode of operation and management structure which has been formed in the development of a good management system and the introduction of foreign the experience strategy.China’s state owned commercial banks experiencing a critical period in the development and transformation,its leaders need to think about the direction for China’s state owned commercial banks making the strategic management as the core of future work for China’s state owned commercial banks,in order to build a healthy and steady development as well as foundation.In this paper,the author studied the status of the strategic management of China’s state owned commercial banks,the problems of a more in-depth discussion.In recent years,strategic management has played an increasingly important role in the development of China’s construction banks,and promotes the development of construction banks.But there are still some problems,these problems mainly concentrates on the unclear strategic positioning,the lack of effective competition means and strategic aspects of the implementation difficulties.On this basis,according to the actual situation in Construction Bank of strategic management,use objective data and charts to empirically analysis central branches in China’s state owned commercial banks strategic management issues,the author combined internal analysis and environmental analysis to put forward specific policy recommendations and implementation of programs and strategies,and summarize strategic management experience of construction banks.I hope this research has a enlightening role for strategic management experience of China’s state owned commercial banks.
