Research On The Effects Of Fiscal Health Care Expenditure On Economic Growth

Health and national health is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,but after the reform and opening up,the health level of residents in out country is slow,due to the lack of government attention in the field of health care,making the public health crisis more and more serious.At the same time,fiscal health care expenditure is not only related to a country's social welfare policy planning,also for economic growth has the role that cannot be ignored.But the existing literature on the financial health care expenditure on the impact of economic research conclusions is different.Therefore,in-depth study the effect of fiscal health care expenditure on economic growth is of great significance.In this paper,based on considerations of spending the main body,choose fiscal health care expenditure,personal health care expenditure,etc as index,and through the establishment of the bidirectional fixed effects model respectively from two levels between the national and regional impact on fiscal health care expenditure on economic growth is analyzed.The study found that no matter which level,the fiscal health care expenditure will play a positive effect on economic growth,but in its promoting effect between different regions are different.In less developed areas,fiscal health care expenditure for the promotion of economic growth effect is significantly higher than the personal health care expenditure for the promotion of economic growth effect;In middle developed areas and developed areas,fiscal health care expenditure on economic growth is below the promoting effect of personal health care expenditure for the promotion of economic growth.According to the results of regression analysis and then put forward some targeted policy Suggestions,such as choosing different fiscal policy according to the level of economic development,balancing regional health care resources and adjusting the structure of health expenditure etc.To make fiscal health care expenditure levels between different regions to achieve a better state,thus to promote regional economic growth plays a bigger role.
