A Study On The Financing Demand Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Involved In Agriculture In Henan Province

Agriculture is an important industrial sector in the national economy.As a pillar industry directly related to the people's livelihood,agriculture has been an important place in China's economic work,and it belongs to the weak industry,which needs the government to support and protect it.Since 2004,"Central No.1 document" for 13 consecutive years focused on "three rural" to support the development of agriculture,shows that agriculture in China's economic construction in an important position.Henan is the country's agricultural province.In 2015,the annual output of 60.671 million tons of grain,126,000 tons of cotton,5.997 million tons of oil,6.965 million tons of pig and sheep poultry meat,4.100 million tons of egg,3.422 Million tons of milk.Henan Province is the largest province of agriculture in China,Xi Jinping,general secretary pointed out: "do a good job of Henan agriculture,not only can support the economic and social development in Henan,but also to support the country's reform and development." Visible,healthy and sustainable development of agriculture in Henan Province Significant.However,the traditional agricultural production mode is inefficient and the quality of agricultural products is not high,which greatly affects the farmers' income of agricultural production,which is a stumbling block to realize the agricultural modernization in Henan Province.The development of local agriculture,which is the most active economic subject in the development of agricultural and rural areas in Henan Province,is not the only way to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.But for agriculture-related small and medium enterprises,funds are the basis off production and business activitiy.Although the government's policies continue to focus on agricultural development,but the majority of small and medium enterprises in Henan Province in the production process of financing needs are still difficult to be met.For enterprises,the funds are the basis for a series of production and business activities.There are many small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises Henan Province,and most small and medium enterprises in the face of financing difficulties,which exists both sides of the problem between the enterprises themselves and the capital supply subjects.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises in nine cities in Henan Province,and conducts investigation and statistics on the financing problems of enterprises.The contents of the questionnaire include financing channels,financing scale and financing willingness.The financing situation of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises has a deep understanding of the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province from the perspective of financing needs of the analysis,through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the way that agricultural small and medium enterprises financing characteristics and Capital demand,and from the enterprise itself and the external environment of two aspects of Henan Province to solve the agricultural small and medium enterprises in the financing of the existing problems in order to improve the economic benefits of the operators in principle,to better serve the Agricultural modernization construction.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the agriculture-related small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in nine cities in Henan Province,and conducts investigation and statistics on the financing needs of the enterprises.The questionnaire includes the financing channels,financing scale,financing intention and so on,The province's agriculture-related small and medium-sized enterprises in the financing of the status quo has a deep understanding of the financing needs from the perspective of the financing of its analysis,through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of ways,combined with agriculture-related small and medium enterprises of the financing needs of the characteristics of the analysis of its financing status,measured in Henan Province,agriculture and agriculture in 2016 will produce 2118954.265 million financing needs and there are 239752.159 million funding gap,financing needs still cannot be effectively satisfied.Henan Province,the financing needs of SMEs involved in the existence of their own enterprises,the main supply of funds,and the Government of the three issues.To improve the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province cannot be satisfied with the status quo,from the enterprise itself,the rural financial environment and the government to find out the three aspects of corporate financing needs cannot be satisfied with the reasons,combined with the specific situation of agriculture and agriculture in Henan Province,To enhance their own financing capacity,improve the financing concept of enterprises,enrich the supply of rural financial products,establish a sound agriculture-related credit guarantee system,and strengthen the government's support for agriculture-related small and medium-sized enterprises and the leading role in improving the rural financial environment...
