With the policy of prosperity for the centery of China and economic development of Henan province, small and medium-sized enterprises are playing important roles in promoting the growth of economy, creating the employment opportunity, increasing the fiscal revenues, motivating scientific and technical innovation, prospering the market etc. However, in the course of growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, because small scales in initial stage and business risks, it's difficult for them to receive enough financing support. This restrains the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of Henan as bottleneck.
