In the economic globalization and increasingly fierce competition in the market today, small and medium-sized private enterprises have strong competitiveness, occupies an important position in the national economy in our country. Number of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan province accounting for 93% of the total enterprises in the province, and has become a healthy, stable and rapid economic and social development of Henan province of the indispensable important support, and provide the inexhaustible driving force for rapid economic growth in our province. Enterprise’s competition is the talent competition, talent competition at its root is the core competition. Small and medium-sized private enterprises in the core staff holds the key skills and enterprise’s important resources, is to improve enterprise competitiveness, an important factor in the development of the enterprise continuously. The loss of core employees tend to also bring about many negative influence to the enterprise, such as affect the normal management of the enterprise, reduce the competitiveness of the enterprises, affecting enterprise strategy development, damage the corporate image, and so on. How to retain the core staff has become many smes to solve the problem。This study is on the basis of literature research at home and abroad, according to the related theory of staff turnover, Outlines of many factors affecting small and medium-sized enterprise core staff turnover, and according to the observation of the reality, this paper adds some influencing factors. Method is adopted in this paper, based on the online survey and design of the questionnaire to collect data, staff turnover to make an empirical analysis of the influence factors, using the factor analysis method to the actual level of various influencing factors of dimension reduction, through correlation analysis and regression analysis to study influencing factors and the relationship between the staff turnover, build the small and medium-sized enterprise core staff turnover relative important degree of influencing factors of the model. Through the empirical analysis in this paper, the following important conclusions: three-quarters of employees in the enterprise employee turnover phenomenon, there are visible staff turnover has become one of the main outstanding problems affect firm growth.Wages, welfare is good or bad has become the core staff turnover is the most important influence factors, followed by distribution fairness, evaluation system and incentive system. Whether the core employees, employees’ gender, industry employees, monthly income, the position of staff level of staff turnover factors is a big difference. The influencing factors of the core staff turnover is divided into three classes of personal factors, enterprises and social factors. Through correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, personal factors, enterprises and social factors and work enthusiasm into significant positive correlation. Finally put forward some proposals according to the research conclusion, and points out the shortage of this study in and research prospects.
