In today's society,people will firstly check the business rating information on e-commerce websites before going out to choose merchants or buy things in order to judge the merchant's service and product quality and help people make consumption decisions.People often use the online business reputation rating for consumer reference but rarely study the business rating information itself.Conduct reasonable analysis and study of the rating data in order to find the connection among the data,which may help the consumers determine the credibility of the rating data and make rational consumption decision.This paper starts from the perspective of association analysis to analyze the rating data on these e-commerce websites.Firstly,the basic concepts of rating data on merchants,association analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis are introduced.Then,the method of association analysis suitable for rating data on e-commerce websites is put forward using the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis.The method is divided into three steps: data acquisition,data cleansing and association analysis,of which the association analysis is divided into three aspects: correlation analysis,linear regression analysis and virtual regression analysis of business rating data.The correlation analysis is used to find out the relationship between various business ratings or that between business rating and per capita price,the linear regression analysis is used to find out the relationship between total business ratings and the rating of each aspect and the virtual regression analysis is used to find the influence of different categories on business ratings and the association relationship between business rating data.In order to verify the association analysis method of the business rating data,the author collected the rating data of 3700 catering merchants in 5 cities to carry out empirical research on this set of method.The correlation analysis is used to find out the association relationship between per capita price and various ratings and that between various ratings the scores as well as users' rating habits and analyze whether per capita price has an impact on all aspects of service of the business;the linear regression analysis is used to calculate the association relationship between total business ratings and the rating of each aspect to determine the credibility of total business rating and understand which factors can affect the total business rating;the virtual regression analysis is used to find out the geographical impact on people's favorite dishes.View the processing effect of the data,draw conclusion from the analysis and verify the association analysis method of the business rating data.For consumers,it is possible to verify whether the rating data used in daily life is credible to increase people's understanding of these rating data.For businesses,it is helpful for them to find the consumers' preferences in order to develop their operations.
