Research On The Influence Of Labor Employment On Econo Mic Growth In Northeast China

With the rapid development of China's economy,the continuous optimization of the industrial structure and the continuous improvement of technological level,the problems in the economic system of Northeast China are becoming more and more prominent."New Northeast phenomenon","regional collapse","downfall of economy like cliff",these arguments,have already covered up the previous the light of Northeast industrial base and the main region of grain.From the view of economic and social development characteristics,the core of change lies in the "people",during this period,the study of labor employment and economic growth between the existence of the relationship is of great significance.This paper starts from the aspects of employment and economic development of labor force.Firstly,it analyzes the employment situation of labor force in Northeast China and the demographic factors which influence labor force,and then discusses the development of economic factors,state-owned enterprises and advantageous industries in Northeast China,so we could get the overall grasp of the Northeast region of labor employment and economic development.Based on the variant Cobb-Douglas production function model,the data of 10 years from 2005 to 2014 are selected to analyze the labor force employment and economic indicators in Northeast China.The results of Jilin,Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces are incremental,compared with national data.First,we must implement the population policy to promote population growth and the optimization of population structure.Second,we must vigorously carry out "double creation" activities,and develop new ways of employment.Third,we must implement a positive talent policy to retain and attract talents.Fourth,we must play the role of government guidance,improve the policy environment.Five,we must promote the employment of labor,optimize the level of labor input.
