Since 1978, the economy has made rapid development, labor productivity, the gross national product and per capita GDP and employment has greatly improved, from 1978 to 2008 in 30 years, China's economic development has made tremendous achievements, China's GDP in 1978 from the 364.5 billion Yuan quickly jumped to 24.953 trillion Yuan in 2007.However, inspection of an important criterion for the healthy development of a country's economic growth is an not only economic aggregates, the data show that since the transition, our national labor income are not in accord with national economic development trend, causes contain a number of factors, there is a subjective and objective factors, historical and realistic factors, political and cultural factors, as well as the economic system and operational mechanism. Decline in labor income and thus will cause a negative impact on the on the social fairness and justice, domestic demand and workers'enthusiasm, will bring a serious consequences about the long-term stability of our society and the people's fundamental sense of happiness. And therefore improve the long term workers labor income is a vital task. This paper attempts to combine the reality of China, have a preliminary stage of discussion on economic growth in the GDP, the volume of labor and employment, labor productivity, labor income share and trends and changes in China, analyze the reasons of labor income and economic development are incompatible and suggest ways to improve the situation.This paper has five chapters, focus on anglicizing the labor employment quantity and the productivity, the labor's share in the transition period. The first chapter is the introduction part, an introduction of the background, significance, research mentality and method of our country's labor employment quantity, productivity and labor income; The second chapter focus on the analyze some important indicators of China's economic growth in the transition such as GDP, per capita GDP, the volume of labor and employment, labor productivity, labor income share, carried out trends and changes by empirical analysis; The third chapter analyze the reasons of the trends in the share of labor income and economic growth are incompatible; The forth chapter analyzes the impact and consequences decline in the share of labor income; The fifth chapter deals with how to promote the coordinated development of economic growth and labor income;...
