Study On The Development Of The Container Collection And Distribution System Of Zhoushan Port

Nowadays,the competition between ports is fierce.Thinking about how to play the port's advantage and adjust the port development strategy is an important issue.And as an important basis and a strong guarantee for the survival and development of the port,the port's container collection and distribution system(CCDS),play a key role of guidance for economic development of all countries.Zhoushan Port is the key junction of integrated transportation system in Yangtze River region.In recent years,Zhoushan has undergone many new changes.For instance,Zhoushan sea-crossing bridges have been constructed,and the State Council has approved the establishment of Zhoushan river-ocean coordinated transportation service center.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status at home and abroad,and defines the concept of port's CCDS.Then,the article studies the development pattern of the typical port,like Qingdao Port and Rotterdam Port,and draws lessons from its excellent development experience such as building the automatic terminal,port data communication system,and so on.This paper focuses on the development status of port's CCDS,and forecasts the future cargo throughput of Zhoushan Port by combination prediction method.Based on the prediction results,the importance of optimizing port's CCDS is presented.Then,the SWOT strategy analysis method is used to analyze the development strategy of port's CCDS.Through the SWOT strategy analysis,it is considered that port's CCDS mainly depends on road transportation and should be further reorganized and improved.So it is necessary to shift the focus of development from road transport to water transport.In general,the development opportunities are greater than the challenges.Author puts forward the policy measures to improve Zhoushan's CCDS via resource allocation,system innovation,such as constructing automation port,which will lay a solid foundation for trade development.
