Research On Coordinated Development Of Ningbo-Zhoushan Ports Logistics And Hinterland Economy

The coordinated development between the port logistics and hinterland economy is not only the objective demand for regional economic and social development,but also an important way to enhance the competitiveness of ports.There are different characteristics in various stages of the development.Only when both sides develop synergistically,can they promote the integration of ports and cities and share development results.This paper uses the synergetics theory to analyze the development between Ningbo-Zhoushan ports and hinterland economy and studies the dynamic relationship between them based on the quantitative model.In the theoretical research,this paper provides some references for the exploration of coordinated development of the port logistics and hinterland economy.This paper starts from the basic concept and mainly explains the port logistics,economic hinterland and collaboration.And the dynamic relationship between port logistics and hinterland economy is analyzed.The results show that dynamic relationship with mutual promotion exists between them.In the empirical analysis,this paper provides a reference for the improvement of competitiveness of Ningbo-Zhoushan ports.First,this paper expounds the development situation of Ningbo-Zhoushan ports and hinterland economy.Based on the qualitative analysis,it selects the order parameter of port logistics subsystem and hinterland economy subsystem,determines the evaluation method of the degree of synergetic development and sets the model and level evaluation criteria.According to the qualitative results,degrees of synergetic development are divided into four stages: low coordination,moderate coordination,high coordination and extreme coordination.The results show that from 2007 to 2016,the degree value of synergetic development between the port logistics and the hinterland economy of Ningbo-Zhoushan port shows a growth trend and the coordinated development level has increased year by year.On the basis of the qualitative research and quantitative analysis,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and strategies in order to further enhance the core competitiveness of Ningbo-Zhoushan port and the sustainable development of hinterland economy.First of all,it should strengthen the coordinated development with the Shanghai port and promote the construction of the project of River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport Service Center.Secondly,it needs to strengthen the construction of collecting and dispatching system of ports and to build a economic circle of the port.Finally,it should vigorously promote the construction of intelligent port.
