Research On The Development Strategy Of C Company's Logistics Finance Business

In 2008,the international financial crisis has unprecedented difficulties for China's manufacturing industry,and that is more difficulties to the small and medium-sized export processing enterprises.In the depression of economic survival needs the support of capital,but unfortunately,the financing difficult problem to small and medium-sized enterprise in the depression of economic seems particularly outstanding.Under such background,this paper puts forward the point of view "logistics financing is one of the effective methods to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises",it is necessary for enterprises to develop the logistics finance,and take C company by deeply analysis.This paper considers that logistics finance can solve the passive situation of insufficient collateral of C company effectively,reduce the C company's financing costs,solve the problem of liquidity effectively,shorten the settlement period of enterprises and improve the level of enterprise credit.The thesis considers that the development of the logistics financial business of C company should achieve four main goals,respectively is: broaden the financing channel of enterprises,enhance the profitability of enterprises,set up the normative financial system,accelerate the strategic transformation of the enterprises.During the specific operations,C company should also effective guarantee for the development of the logistics financial business measures,including: by virtue of the dividend policy,collaborative innovation and development,to establish and perfect the talent mechanism,and construct risk assessment system.
