In recent decades,with the rapid development of China's economy and global economic integration,the logistics transportation industry has made remarkable development achievements,and has formed a relatively large base of logistics industry scale and industrial development.In the logistics industry,the number of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises is huge,occupying the half-wall of the logistics industry and becoming an integral part of the national economic development.However,with the rapid development of logistics business and the intensification of market competition,the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises face the impact of the international transnational logistics industry and the market extrusion of large-scale domestic logistics enterprises,and the development space is becoming smaller and smaller,At the same time,because of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises themselves,there are many problems,such as small scale,low degree of information and so on,caused most small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the development of difficult.How to solve these problems in the process of development,so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises and gradually realize the modernization of logistics operations,has become the focus of attention and research from all walks of life.Therefore,this topic focuses on these problems existing in small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,in order to find ways and measures to solve the problems existing in the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.The main problems in the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises are: low level of logistics information,poor social financing ability,backward facilities and equipment,lack of logistics talents and instability,low operation efficiency and high operating cost.The existence of these problems has resulted in the low utilization rate of the overall assets of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,the high operating cost of the enterprises,and the further rapid development of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.In the form of questionnaire,this paper gathers the relevant views of the managers of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises on the development of the industry,and comes up with several improvement measures,such as reducing the tax burden of enterprises,increasing the loan quota of financial institutions,and improving the level of information management of enterprises.On the basis of general analysis,and taking Jinan BW logistics as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties and causes in the development of the enterprise,such as its own small scale,which is difficult to break through in the short term,the difficulty of bank loans,the prominent financial predicament,and so on.The traditional mode of operation is difficult to match with the development needs of the enterprise and so on.Thus,it provides practical guiding significance for the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises at the end of the paper.Based on the modern logistics theory,combined with the actual work experience and the analysis of the questionnaire results,the paper summarizes and puts forward to make full use of the social logistics information platform to improve the level of information management,aiming at the problems existing in the medium and small logistics enterprises.Strengthen staff training,strengthen resource sharing and innovative financing model and other development measures.These studies close to the practice of the industry,for average small and medium-sized logistics enterprises have a certain reference value.
