Research On The Purchasing Cost Control Of J Project

J project is an overall renovation project of the office building and computer room for a certain company,which is one of the key engineering projects for that company of the year.The whole project consists of two parts.One is computer room renovation,the other one is office building renovation.The computer room renovation project consists of room decoration,power supply modification,air conditioning and ventilation modification,and project supervision.The office building renovation project consists of the reinforcement for computer room,office building decoration,fire protection system renovation and project supervision.Due to the long existing extensive enterprise purchasing management,lack of awareness of cost control in the purchasing process,shortage of cost control method,make it difficult for that company to control the schedule and cost for procurement activities.These problems will seriously affect the quality and the overall economic benefits for J project and even probably cause the failure of the project procurement.Therefore,in this paper,J project procurement is taken as an example,applying the theories and methods in the process of purchasing,analyzing the factors that restricting the cost control during purchasing,optimizing the internal and external environment of enterprise procurement,designing the procurement plan for J project based on its own characteristics.Finally,the cost of purchase is saved,the efficiency of procurement is improved,the smooth implementation for J project is ensured.Hopefully,that company will take J project as a starting point and improve the level of enterprise purchasing management.J project has important reference value for similar project cost management.Purchasing management and cost control are comprehensively and theoretically expounded in this article,so that the theoretical foundation for the specific analysis of J project procurement cost control is laid.On the basis of previous theories and analysis of the project's own characteristics and current management situation,the existing problems and defects which restricting the cost control for J project procurement are summarized,the optimization scheme is put forward,good ideas and direction are provided for the smooth implementation of the project procurement.Finally,the improved scheme is applied to the actual purchasing activities of J project,trying to apply theory to practice.As a result of practice,the purchasing efficiency is improved,purchasing cost is limited,and the level of fine management for a company is enhanced indeed.
