Explore On The Triad Projects Of Rural Commercial Bank On Operational Risk ,Intemal Control And Compliance Management

With the continuous development of China's macro economy and the interest rate liberalization of China's banking industry,Chinese banks(especially small and medium-sized banks)are facing more and more fierce market competition.In order to stabilize and develop with the opportunities and challenges under Chinese economic new normal,the rural commercial bank must strengthen the regulation of operation risk,internal control and compliance management.On the basis of relevant research which includes both domestic and overseas,according to the interpretation on regulatory requirements of operational risk,internal control and compliance management,this article attempts to analyze the present situation and main problems of China's small and medium-sized banks in coping with the operational risk,internal control and compliance management.And to discuss the feasibility and necessity for rural commercial banks to build three-in-one regulation on operational risk,internal control and compliance management.Meanwhile,according to the leading domestic bank construction experience,suggest the purpose of this three-in-one project in regulating rural commercial bank's operational risk,internal control and compliance management.Finally,take one commercial bank as an example,based on the analysis of rural commercial bank's current situation,regulation comparison,project design and effect analysis on operational risk,internal control and compliance management,this article argued the necessity and effectiveness for rural commercial bank to build above-mentioned three-in-one project on operation risk,internal control and compliance management.Through this research and study,hope I can provide a reference for other rural commercial banks during their process on building three-in-one project,and contribute to the promotion of regulating operation risks,internal control and compliance management construction in China's Rural Commercial Bank and to promote their implementation.
