Research On Business Model Innovation Of International Inland Port Enterprises In Jilin Province

Since 2000,the Xi Ping,the scholar of Xi’an Eurasia College,proposed the concept and doctrine of international inland port,after more than ten years of demonstration and development,the current domestic research and practice on the international inland port research and practice has fully demonstrated its vitality.With the international inland port’s concept developing and the increasingly rich researching,as well as the Xi’an International Port area project’s successful experience of construction and operation,China’s inland areas had new way of thought and methods on the economic development and external trade.Urban and inland ports have also planned to build international inland port.International inland port’s construction and operation in the inland city opened up a new pattern on their external trade.Jilin Province,as the inland province of the northeastern region of China,is located in the geometric center of the Northeast Asia region.It has an important regional traffic and is an important bridge and communication channel between the provinces of Northeast China and countries in Northeast Asia.But by the inland region location factors,Jilin Province has been in the backward position of northeast area and even in the nationwide on economic development and foreign trade.Jilin Province was facing with a major economic test on how to get rid of and break through the constraints and obstacles of regional factors on the economic and external trade development and seeking a new path on the economic development and foreign trade.The application of the international inland port theory and the application in the field of practice provide an important development path for the economic transformation of Jilin Province.In 2013,President Xi proposed the introduction of the "the Belt and Road" Initiative.And with the establishment of the Changjitu development and opening-up pilot area and the northeast extension of the "the Belt and Roa ",Jilin has the new opportunity of economic development and external trade.In this context,Jilin Province began to establish and development own international inland port to open Jilin external trade channels and improve the amount of Jilin Province’s external trade profits and competitiveness.The research and exploration of the construction and development of international inland port in Jilin Province can not be grasped from the macroscopic aspect,but should proceed from the basic unit-the enterprise.Through the research and breakthrough of the development mode of international inland port transportation enterprises,Jilin will improve the operation and development of international inland port.As an important participant in the construction and operation of international inland port,the development and operation capability of enterprises is an indirect impetus to the development of international inland port.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the strength of international inland port’s construction and operation,which is the key factor of the development of the international inland port in the future.As the key to corporate strategy and profitability,Business model has an important guiding role in the enterprise’s strategy formulation and development.Business model is not inherent,it will constantly adjust and change during the enterprise with the macro environment changes or according to their own development needs.In recent years,different sectors of different industries have set off a wave of business model innovation.Some emerging enterprises take this opportunity to emerge and many veteran enterprises also give up the original business model to seek innovation to adapt to the new environment of economic development and the market’s new needs.As an international inland port enterprise,its own must have the characteristics which other transport service-oriented enterprises do not have.As the international inland port is still in the initial exploration and shaping period of development,the international inland port enterprises are facing more complex problems and development environment.How to develop a suitable business model to guide the future development of enterprises is the inevitable choice of the problem of international inland port enterprises.Based on the innovation of enterprise business model,this paper improves and innovates the enterprise business model related to the construction and operation of international inland port in Jilin Province,and promotes the progress and development of international inland port in Jilin Province.This paper analyzes and summarizes the research situation of the existing international inland port and enterprise business model innovation field at home and abroad,summarizes the research results and experiences on the selection of factors,the establishment of model and so on at home and abroad on international inland port and enterprise business model and its innovation.On the base of the research,this paper used Osterwalder’s nine-factor model and its tool,business model canvas,to present and analyze the business model of international inland port enterprises,and through the SWOT analysis of its development environment,pointed out its current market problems,and put forward the business model innovation proposal.On the basis of this,this paper took Changchun International Inland Port Development Co.,Ltd.as an example to conduct empirical research,starting from the customer segmentation block,through the use of grey prediction method to predict the future service market freight volume.And through the proportion of different goods division of the customer market,made other structural blocks to make adjustments to achieve the company’s business model innovation.Through the innovation of Jilin international inland business model,it will better guarantee the operation of Jilin international inland port import and export trade,and provide suggestions and reference for Jilin Province’s external trade.
