Research On The Measurement Of Anhui County E-Commerce Service Industry Development Level

In 2015,the county of our country issued and received more than 7 billion express parcel,under the impetus of county e-commerce,the logistics industry has made great progress,it also promote the rapid development of personnel training,Internet finance and other county E-commerce services.The e-commerce service industry is not only new business and new opportunities for the county area,it is also an important opportunity to raise the quality of economic development and raise the level of modernization,the development prospects are very good.E-commerce services is a new thing to the county,it not only has the common characteristics of modern service industry,but also has unique characteristics.Therefore,it must establish a set of effective index system in order to measure the development level of county e-commerce service industry.By establishing the accord with the characteristics of county e-commerce service industry measurement system,on the one hand,expand the relevant theoretical basis,on the one hand,help the county to realize their own development advantages and shortcomings,help the county government in the practice of e-commerce practice overall situation,enhance the e-commerce industry park e-commerce service system construction level,promote e-commerce service providers to improve service levels and service quality and guide network operators improve business performance by useing e-commerce servicesmore rational.In this paper,the essay covers the following several parts:The first part is introduction,mainly introducing the research background,purpose and significance of this essay,reviews and summarizes related research at home and abroad,identify the main content,research methods and innovations of this research.The second part is the theoretical basis,introduce e-commerce and its development model briefly,describe the definition and types of e-commerce service industry systematically,introduce two kinds of mainstream e-commerce service measurement theory at last.The third part is the county e-commerce services,analysis its development status objectively,divid the content of county e-commerce services into six aspects.The fourth part is the construction of the index system of the development level of e-commerce service industry,select measure index based on previous theories and the characteristics of county e-commerce service industry,using expert consultation method and AHP to determine the index weight.The fifth part is empirical analysis,based on the sample of 15 county e-commerce service industry cluster of Anhui,verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the measurement system.The sixth part is conclusion,summary and prospect of this paper,describe the defects and deficiencies.The innovation of this paper lies in the research angle of view.From the perspective of county e-commerce service industry makes a discussion on the theoretical system,taking full account of the characteristics and development status of county e-commerce service industry,based on the OECD e-commerce measurement life cycle model,from the three dimensions of the degree of preparation,application and impact,constructing the index system of the development level of county e-commerce service industry,hope that through the research and research results of this paper draw the attention of the county government,e-commerce service industry cluster,e-commerce service provider and e-businessmen,to improve the county e-commerce service ecosystem.
