Since the beginning of the 2008 outbreak of the global financial crisis,the global economy suffered a serious blow,accelerated through the implementation of national science and technology the pace of the strategic adjustment of economic structure.In order to achieve economic recovery in the United States,for its economic structure also has carried on the profound reflection,the real economy to be taken seriously,especially the development of advanced manufacturing industry.In order to achieve the economic center of gravity from the virtual economy to the transformation of the real economy,U.S.President Obama has proposed "re-industrialization" strategy,through the joint efforts of government and enterprises,the development of manufacturing industry,expand exports,increase domestic employment,in order to get rid of the plight of weak economic growth.And all aspects of "re-industrialization" strategy with economic structure adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in our country there is a relationship of competing with each other,it will inevitably have a major impact on our country's economy.In the world under the background of scientific and technological progress cause a new round of industrial structure change,the development of strategic emerging industries has become the world's major countries to grab the commanding heights of the future economic development important choices.So under the background of the "re-industrialization",study the development of strategic emerging industry in China has important theoretical significance and practical value.On the basis of the new trade protection theory,this paper analyzed the background of the implementation of the strategy of "re-industrialization" and the policy system,the data analysis results show that the strategy in terms of employment and export situation has a positive impact on the us economy.Through the analysis of current situation of the development of strategicemerging industries,induces the strategy of "re-industrialization" impact on China's strategic emerging industries competitiveness path,namely the strategy mainly through exports,foreign direct investment,science and technology advantages,exchange rates and labor costs five path impact on China's strategic emerging industries competitiveness.This paper USES econometric regression analysis method of strategic emerging industry exports to the United States from China,China introducing foreign direct investment in the us,the dollar against the RMB exchange rate,relative unit labor costs related industry of China and the United States and the United States in China patent authorization number five variables,using the time series data of 2001-2015,the introduction of measuring competitiveness indicators CA index,analyses the influence on the path to the.By principal component analysis for the empirical analysis results show that China's exports to the United States patent license in China and the United States and China's strategic emerging industries competitiveness present a positive correlation,the relationship between the United States on China's foreign direct investment,the dollar/yuan rate,relative unit labor costs related industry of China and the United States and China's strategic emerging industry competitiveness is a negative relationship.Finally,according to the result of the theoretical research and empirical research,from the Angle of development strategy,analyzes the enlightenment to our country and our strategic emerging industry should be how to deal with,put forward to reduce dependence on European and American markets,actively explore the domestic market,enhance the independent innovation ability,strengthen the construction of talent team of policy recommendations.
