Research On The Promotion Of Internet+ To Industry Innovation In China

Since the reform and opening policy,the Chinese economy has achieved rapid development.To the year of 2010,China has exceeded Japan in GDP,and became the second biggest economy.However,there are many problems during the quick growing of Chinese economy.The most obvious problems are the irrational economic structure and the low ability of innovation.Traditional extensive mode of industrial development caused the natural resource depletion,demographic dividend and serious problems such as environmental degradation.So now China must carry on the industrial innovation.Internet+ is a trend of development in economy.It refers to use the thought of internet to push the development of all the fields in economy and bring the strong power to economic reform and innovation.In 2015,premier Li Keqiang,first put forward the action plan of Interrnet+ in the report of government works.In the thirteenth five years plan,the action plan of Internet Plus and Strategy of country strengthen are mentioned repeatedly,aim at to have an important effect on economy transformation and industry innovation.First,this paper analyses and summaries the meanings of the Internet+ and industry innovation based on the documents and literature domestically and abroad of the Internet+pushing the industry innovation.Also,this paper researches the internal system of driving force of Internet+ on the industry innovation.Second,this paper discusses the experience and enlightenment of overseas about using the Internet+ to push the industry innovation.On the basis of this discussion,this paper analyses specifically the problems and challenges of our country in this process about using the Internet+ to promote the industry innovation from the following aspects,such as government,financial institution,technology of internet,security of internet.This paper is detailed in the problems in the research of government,including aspects such as the government impetus shortage,policy support system imbalance.At last,this paper gives some advises and policies about these problems which appears in the procedure of pushing the industry innovation by using Internet+.
