Research On Technology Innovation Of Economic Restructuring In Shanxi Province

As coal resources and the national energy base, Shanxi Province facing a wave ofissues, such as fluctuating economic growth, singly industrial structure, destructivelyenvironmental resources and so on. Only way to solve these problems is achieve thetransformation of resource-based economy. Currently, the State Council approved toestablish the national of resources-based economy for the comprehensive reform pilotarea in Shanxi Province. The development of technological innovation is the mostimportant strategic resource, a resource-based economy, the key to achievesustainable development and energy source. Therefore, the thesis has researched therole for the scientific and technological innovation on the economic restructuring ofShanxi Province.Firstly, the thesis has analyzed of Shanxi Province as a resource-based economystatus and the status of technological innovation. We have found that stimulatingeffect on economic growth is far less capital on economic growth of Shanxi Scienceand Technology, through calculating the contribution rate of science and technology inShanxi Province.This kind of consumption of resources into economic growth basedon long-term is not necessary to adjust and optimize the economic structure and toachieve economic restructuring. In order to study the relationship between scientificand technological innovation and economic restructuring in Shanxi Province, thethesis has used cointegration model, error correction model, and Granger causality toanalysis the Innovation and Technology in Shanxi Province Economic restructuringhas a long-term cointegration relationship, and has one-way causality, by therationalization of the statistical data of the investment in technological innovation andindustrial structure of 1978-2009 years. The thesis has used the model impulseresponse function analysis and variance decomposition, obtained when the error termscientific and technological innovation by the shock impact of the economic structureand technological innovation for the importance of economic structure, through the establishment of the VAR model. To further study the structure of technologicalinnovation and economic relations, and further broken down the science andtechnology innovation index, using factor analysis method to get the output ofscientific and technological innovation on the economic structure factors have astronger influence. On this basis, the thesis has given an enhanced perspective ofscientific and technological innovation to promote technological innovation andeconomic structure of the countermeasures and suggestions in Shanxi Province, by thebusiness innovation, the quality of scientific and technological personnel, governmentscience and technology investment and intellectual property protection.
