Media Monitoring,Internal Control And The State-owned Enterprise's Over Perks

The separation of ownership and management has become a hot topic in academic research circles nowadays.As the problem of corporate governance,perk is the management based on his company's actual control to gain his own benefit and increase the agency cost,damage the interest of shareholders'.In addition,because the disclosure of perk is not mandatory,the measurement of perk is difficult,it provides a good condition for management.The management both have the motivation and condition,so,perks has become an urgent problem to be solved.To solve this general issue,many academics launched a discussion and find a way to solve the problem.The solution has gradually focused on the companies' internal governance and external governance environment.But China's legal system is under and there are many imperfections,it is not wise to rely on the legal system to solve the problem of perk.Since the new century,scientific and technological progress has brought the rapid development of the media industry,the positive role played by the media provides a new idea for us to solve the problem of perks.In addition,in order to study the overall problem,we also studied the effect of internal governance mechanism.In the end give the efficient suggests.Under the fully understanding of the current economic environment and research background,summarizes the current academic research,and find the gap of the problem.then sum up the significance of this study.Described related theories and concepts,selected from 2010 to 2014 companies as samples to do the empirical test.Using a variety of statistical methods,such as descriptive statistics,the regression analysis and robustness testing.Tested the hypothesis.Finally propose the conclusion and the solutions of the problem.
