The problem of poverty has been an important factor restricting the development of rural economy and the welfare of rural households. But most of the poor were not always poor, but occasionally poor. The reason is that when in the face of the risk of shock, their defensive ability is insufficient. Thus, they are easy to fall into poverty or return to poverty. This is the definition of the world bank for the vulnerability of poverty, the family's high vulnerability to poverty is an important reason for the family into poverty or poverty. The elimination of poverty is not only helping those who had already been poor,it is more important to identify households with high vulnerability and to take preventive measures in advance to reduce their probability of falling into poverty before the poverty occur, even if the household falls into poverty,it can shorten the duration of getting out of poverty. On the basis of the consumption dimension, from the forward-looking perspective,we takes the health dimension into the measurement framework of vulnerability of poverty. We selected two dimensions including consumption and health, and six indicators including per consumption logarithm,BMI,self-rated health, chronic disease, the nearest distance from family to hospital and home cooking water.Using the rural household cross-section data of CFPS(China Family Panel Studies),and using A-F "dual cut-off " method to measure the multidimensional poverty vulnerability of rural households in China.Based on that,we decomposed the multidimensional poverty vulnerability index, calculated the contribution rate of various provinces and various indicators, and analyzed the main influence factors of multidimensional poverty vulnerability.Additionally,we also explores the factors that affect multidimensional poverty vulnerability of household.Based on the index of multidimensional poverty vulnerability,we took three dimensional deprivation as an example, selected explanatory variables, analyzed the impact of family size, family characteristics, family assets, family income and medical security and other factors on the family status of multidimensional poverty vulnerability using logit model. Conclusions are as follows:First of all, there is a difference in the rate of poverty vulnerability of consumption dimension and health dimension. The incidence of poverty vulnerabilityof consumption dimension is much higher than that of health dimension.Affected by geographical location, natural resources and other factors, the incidence of poverty vulnerability in the single dimension is also significantly different in different provinces.Secondly, the multidimensional poverty vulnerability index is decided by poverty vulnerability incidence and deprivation degree. With the increase of deprivation dimension, the vulnerability of poverty incidence decreased gradually and deprivation degree increased gradually.Because of the decrease of the incidence of poverty vulnerability was greater than the increase of deprivation degree, the multidimensional poverty vulnerability index showed a downward trend.Decomposing the multidimensional poverty vulnerability index dimensions. We found that the vulnerability to poverty in consumption is more serious than the health dimension. The contribution rate of each province to the multidimensional poverty vulnerability index is different, the contribution rate of each province is related to the geographical location, but not strictly related. Finally, household characteristics, characteristics of household members and household per capita income are the important factors affecting the multidimensional poverty vulnerability. On the contrary, the economic value of home and the value of land cannot significantly reduce the multidimensional Poverty vulnerability.
