Study On Risk Control System Of Overseas Resources Exploration Project Of A Company

Mineral resources as the basic material for the human society,is an important guarantee for the country's economic development and prosperity.With the promotion of new industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,China's demand for mineral resources is still strong.Though many important domestic bulk mineral production and capacity significantly increased,it still can not catch up with mineral consumption growth,with highly dependence on foreign mineral resources.Since 2011,In order to improve the guarantee capacity of mineral resources,China implemented the " prospecting breakthrough strategic action ",to find good mines based on domestic;At the same time,we actively explore the international market,with the use of "two resources,two markets" to build the Chinese resources security system.In order to encourage the province of state-owned geological prospecting units of "going out" for resource exploration,the Finance Department of Jilin Province set up an Outside special fund for risk exploration.Jilin province science and Technology Investment Fund Limited(after referred to as A company)signed a cooperation agreement with the geological prospecting units to manage the use of the fund and supervision of project implementation.Therefore,it is very important for A company,with studying the risk management of overseas resource exploration projects,to achieve identify and assess the risk effectively,then give the effective controlling strategy to risk problems,and make a fine formulation of risk control system.This paper gives an improved design of mining projects overseas resources,and put forward the possible risk coping strategies for risk factors,which based on discussing the basic concepts and principle of risk control system,combined with the achievements and experience of overseas mineral resources exploration project of A company.In the second chapter,we present the research status and related issues about the risk control system of A company.Then in chapter 3 and 4 according to the decision of A company overseas resource exploration projects and problems in the decision making and implementation stage of risk control,we give a project risk control system in chapter 3 and 4 according to the former chapter.In chapter 5,we improved the organizational structure and safeguard measures ofthe risk control system.The enterprise provides improved ideas and practical method in terms of risk control system for overseas mineral resources exploration company A.It also has certain reference for other types of mineral resources exploration project to focus on risk prevention,preparation in advance of the risk,and improved competitiveness in overseas resource exploration field.
