Recent years, along with the deepening of Chinese reform and opening and continuallyimproving the level of economic development,petroleum and petrochemical enterprisesupstream raw materials shortage problems become more prominent.For this reason, the Stateencourage qualified enterprises to go to the foreign countries, in the overseas market as aplatform, looking for the upstream resources and raw material supply.Yanchang Petroleum Group Corporation face lots of problems,for example,a seriousshortage of reserve, the yield of weak foundation, Erdos basin exploration degree is more andmore high,and large oil enterprises continue to increase market extrusion,so YPGC decided toinvest in overseas exploration and development projects, to seek overseas energy rich regionand replacement area.In this process, Yanchang Petroleum Group Corporation face more and more complicatedrisks,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth study for YGPC’s oversea projects.My thesis based on this research background and its significance,overview the projectrisk management theory,described the extended situation of YGPC’s overseas exploration anddevelopment projects, identified the risks of overseas projects in Central African, Madagascar,Thailand, Canada, Burma, Cambodia.I use expert scoring method for the risk assessment,sorted and analyzed the risk evaluation results,provide risk control strategies from riskprevention, risk reserve, risk dispersion, risk remedy, risk aversion. |
