With the fast development of national economy,multi-project management has been commonly adopted in electric power enterprises.It is wide spreading for its superiority in effective selection and evaluation of programs and optimization of human resource,which could fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of human resources standing on the whole enterprise level.Thus it could work to make people do their best and to improve efficient accomplishment of the specific objectives of the project and to ensure the production of enterprises match with the rapid development of the social needs.Enterprises resources' availability could be optimized to the greatest degree,to save the capital needed to run enterprises,to reduce operating consumption and to improve production income.This paper comprehensively studies the theory of multi-project management and human resource allocation at home and abroad,combs and summarizes the relevant theories on optimal allocation of human resources in multi-project environment,and analyzes the problems existing in the management of multi-project human resource allocation.Through the overall investigation of the current situation of human resources and the establishment of employee information base,A Hydropower Plant conducted dynamic management of human resources based on grading and classification,selection and determination of projects priority,design of a reasonable organization to adapt to the deployment and management of human resources among projects,setting up efficient supporting salary and evaluation incentive system,and perfecting training and talent management system to provide necessary services for Human Resource Allocation in Multi-project Management of A Hydropower Plant.This article will apply related theory into practical multi-project management,handling reasonably the relationship between people and posts to ensure the matching of human resource with posts,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff.And then it is probable to promote outstanding talent to come to the fore,thus shortening the project duration,improving the quality of production with little cost.Optimization of human resource allocation in multiple-project management could be the safeguard of enterprises 'rapid growth and the efficient operation of multi-project,which would result in best achievement.
