In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the demand for economic benefits of enterprises is increasing,which leads to a single project management model has become increasingly backward.Because of the advantages of multi project management in reducing costs and improving the quality of employees,the transformation from single project management to multi project management has become an inevitable trend of enterprise development.In the process of multi project management,there are conflicts between projects,such as the use of funds,equipment,human resources and so on.In the numerous resources of enterprises,human resources are the core part of creating economic benefits.The competition among enterprises has become the competition of talents.Therefore,the rational allocation of human resources is the key to the growth of enterprise economic benefits under the multi project environment.This paper focuses on the allocation of human resources in multi project environment.This paper studies the existing problems of human resource allocation in multi project management environment.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper puts forward a human resource allocation model based on prospect theory in multi granularity linguistic environment.In the model,first of all,the author analyzes the evaluation methods of employee's ability,on the basis of establishing a sound evaluation index system,multi granularity language is used as the evaluation tool,which makes the final evaluation result more accurate and clear;Then the requirement of projects in various aspects ability as a starting point,combined with the prospect theory,calculated the comprehensive prospect value that the staff assigned to different projects.In the end,the paper makes rational allocation of human resources for the purpose of maximizing the value of the overall integrated prospect of each project.The core of this paper consists of two parts: Evaluation of employees' ability based on multi granularity language;Human resource allocation based on Prospect Theory.The results of this study have great practical views.Different projects have different demands on the ability of employees.This paper takes full account of this aspect.Starting from the needs of the project,in this paper,the allocation of human resources is based on the evaluation results of the staff's ability.On the one hand,this method promotes the efficient implementation of the project,on the other hand,it improves the overall quality of the staff.
