Research On The Innovation Mechanism Of State-owned Enterprises Under The New Economic Background

Under the new background of economic development,the way that maintain our country rapid economic growth pattern for many years,is unable to continue to maintain the rapid development of economy of our country in the future,and can not meet the demands of C hina's economic development,and economic development need a new "growth engine".A country's capacity for independent innovation,is the measure of a country an important symbol of modern science and technology strength,is also the most essential driving force of the social and economic development.In the new stage of economic development in our country,state-owned enterprises as soon as possible from top to bottom to establish efficient innovation mechanism,and enhance the ability of independent innovation fir mly and solidly.In the long run,a country's ability to innovate will eventually be determined bythe enterprise innovation ability of the country,and the innovation ability of an enterprise will eventually is decided by the enterprise's innovation mechanism.State-owned enterprises reform and development for many years,innovation ability had the very big enhancement,they have also made great achievements in recent years,that our country most progress prize in science and technology are obtained by state-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises is a very good example.But to be fair,compared with some of the world famous foreign outstanding enterprises,state-owned enterprises still exist insufficient innovation power in China,the phenomenon of lo w efficiency of the innovation,the most essential cause of this is that the innovation of the state-owned enterprises have not established effective stability mechanism.Therefore,under the new economic background,to systematically study the innovation mechanism of state-ownedenterprises,is of great significance not only for our country state-owned enterprise how to reform and development,but also for transformation andupgrading of our country's economy in the new period.This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars research on enterprise innovation mechanism,and introduces the involved in analysis of state-owned enterprise innovation mechanism of economic theory,including the innovation theory,property rights theory and trust-agent theory.Secondly,the paper divids state-owned enterprise innovation mechanism system into innovation dynamic mechanism and innovation mechanism and guarantee mechanism innovation,and introduces some influencing factors throughout the entire innovation mec hanism,on the basis of innovation mechanism model,the author build the state-owned enterprises and analyzes the relationship between each mechanism and operation mechanism.Again,this paper analyzes the present situation of state-owned enterprise innovation mechanism,and then according to the characteristics of the national innovation system,innovation mechanism of state-owned enterprises of the main factors affecting the empirical test,the empirical results show that the increase of state-owned enterprise internal innovation expenditure,and introducing the technology of external funds and increase the proportion of innovative talents,to protect the state-owned enterprise innovation mechanism to run efficiently,improve the state-owned enterprise inno vation ability has significant positive effect.Finally,according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical test,This paper put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures together with the present situation of state-owned enterprise innovation mechanism.
