| In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology,and the constant improvement of the precision manufacturing technology,China’s smartphone sales continue to grow,and for many years ranked the world’s largest smartphone market.With the expansion of the mobile phone sales,the increasingly fierce competition between smartphone manufacturers.As the smartphone supply chain network is complex,the product life cycle is short and the diversity of market demand,in order to reduce the total cost of the entire mobile phone production cycle,better meet the market demand,improve the level of supply chain management and the overall efficiency become the priority of each big smartphone manufacturers.This paper combines the characteristics of the smartphone industry,describes the supply chain modeling needs to focus on the factors and relates parameters.Based on the actual production situation,design the demand random model of supply chain and demand fuzzy model of supply chain.The model integrates the purchasing,production and distribution of multiple times,and contains multiple suppliers and distributors.For market demand random uncertain circumstances of supply chain model,this article by the introduction of a variety of quantitative prediction methods of random uncertainly of market demand forecast.Fuzzy circumstances of supply chain model,this paper adopted the method of fuzzy mathematics,triangular fuzzy number was introduced,according to the possibility of fuzzy mathematics theory,the model parameters and the relevant constraints are transformed into deterministic parameters.By designing the experimental model,the model is solved by lingo software the feasibility of solving the problem is proved by using the transformation method of this paper. |
