With the development of social economy and management theory, the standardization of enterprise interner management becomes higher. It is difficult to meet the development goal rely on the internal resource only. More and more enterprises look outside, thus the ideaology of supply chain management comes into being . This ideaology is based on modern logistical technology. In these days, forming the strategic partnership with its fellow firm takes much attention of most enterprise gradually.This paper firstly elaborates the basic theories of logistics and supply chain stragetic partnership,then it lists some former research models about enterprise logistical planning. To the supply chain steagetic partner, the object function and the constraint condition restricts mutually. According to this characteristic, the paper propose a bilevel generalized Linear Programming(BLP) model to solve the conflict goal on logistical optimization, and summarizes a simple iteration method which bases on the linear programming model to carrie on the solution. Finally through a concrete instance, the thesis states how to apply the method to practical problems and obtain the suitable condition for this model.
