With the tourism reception and tourism experience of the structural,quality of the pursuit,the patriarch industry came into being.Bed and breakfast is different from the hotel or dining room,perhaps it has no high luxury facilities,but it can make people experience the local style,it let consumer feel the enthusiasm and service of the hostel's,experience different from the previous life,so bed and breakfast is quickly popular.November 11,2015,the State Council executive meeting considered and adopted the "speed up the development of living services to promote the upgrading of the consumption structure of the guidance",the first name "to actively develop the inn bed and breakfast,short rent apartments,long rent apartments and other formats",And it is characterized as a living service industry.Policy support will be given in a multidimensions.With the growth of demand and policy dividends,with the Chinese characteristics of the B&B is more and more hot.Chongqing B&B With this boom is in full swing in the development of sought after for consumers,in particular,an important entrance to the scenic area around the entrance.But its development is also facing the convergence of products and services,profit model is not mature,positioning inaccurate,low satisfaction and many other issues and challenges.In this paper,the questionnaire investigation was conducted to design the corresponding consumer,and 300 questionnaires were sent and 270 valid questionnaires were collected to study the basic demographic characteristics,consumption characteristics,motivation satisfaction and consumption motivations of Chongqing consumers,through the IBM SPSS(International Business Machines Statistical Product and Service Solutions)Statistics 22 statistical software,the use of reliability analysis,reliability T test,analysis of variance,Importance—Performance Analysis of residential and residential consumers in Chongqing.I hope it can provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of Chongqing B&B,to provide ideas and reference for Chongqing hostel operators.This article is divided into five parts from the point of view of reason and Sensibility:The first part of the article introduces the background and developing trend of B&Bfacility at home and abroad.This part introduces the research background,research significance and literature research of home stay facility;The second part of the article discuss the definition of the concept,classification and research of the theoretical basis.This part describes the study of the definition of B&B.This article takes the official definition of the B & Bin Zhejiang province;The thirdpart design the consumer market research of the Chongqing B&B;The forth part of the article is the analysis of the research results.The part carries on the reliability analysis,the descriptive analysis,the correlation analysis and the IPA model analysis to the data.According to the data,the author discusses the current problems of Chongqing B&B,and puts forward the developing path and strategy to home stay facility;The fifth part discusses the conclusions and shortcomings of the article.This part summarizes the findings of the research,and points out the limitations and shortcomings of the paper.
