Organization can be seen as social cell. And organization is composed of people. The diversity of people leads to diversity of their demands. How to induce everyone’s goals to organizational goal is what organizational motivation needs to deal with. Therefore, many motivation theories emerge in organization motivation field which lay the solid foundation for kinds of practices in organizations. This thesis reviewed some researches on motivation theories, salary incentive and attitudes and behaviors firstly, and then described the research subject – FT Group and the background to take incentive projects in the group; afterwards, it elaborated the three importance incentive measures the group implemented. And it also investigated the attitudes and behavior with questionnaires for employees who were selected into incentive projects and those who were not. Comparative analysis found that job satisfaction and affective commitment, two attitudinal variables for employees who entered into incentive projects are significantly higher than those who didn’t enter into any incentive projects. However, for organizational citizenship behavior, there is no significant difference for these two samples. This result reflects that whether employees who were selected into the projects or those who were not, don’t show different organizational citizenship behavior, however, there are differences in their heart, i.e., attitudes. There is an open-ended question in questionnaire, which is to inquire employees their comments and advices on incentive projects. They recognized the extant incentive measures positively; meanwhile, they also proposed the shortage of measures and institutions in the group and their expectation for the future improvement. All of these opinions offer good implications for the group to improve incentive projects. In the end, the thesis summarized the shortcomings in the present study and put forward some referential directions for future research.
