Case Analysis And Pattern Research Of Enterprise Financial Sharing Platform Under The Background Of "Dazhiyiyun"

At the end of the 20 th century,multinational companies continue to increase investment in China with the deepening of global economic integration,"shared service model" spread to China in this way,and more and more enterprises and groups have established a shared financial service center and take into an active operation.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the accounting profession should be fully prepared to cope with the challenges brought by the " Dazhiyiyun ",take the initiative to participate in the financial sharing and information construction project,and make full use of the association information platform and other platforms to use large data and cloud computing in order to enhance the accounting capacity to further improve efficiency,to improve service,to promote the transformation and to enhance the core value of the enterprise.Relevant statistics show that more than 80% of the world's top 500 enterprises and more than 50% of Chinese enterprise group take "shared service model" and establish enterprise financial sharing platform.This paper applies the method of normative research and case study,it takes Chinese enterprise financial sharing service center as the research object.First of all,relevant concepts of shared services and financial sharing services are defined and the theoretical basis is analyzed.Secondly,combined with specific case development experience and existing problems,it takes a depth analysis of the status quo and development of shared service center operation in enterprise groups,on the basis of the case analysis.The paper explains the main value of Chinese financial sharing platform brought to enterprises,which are mainly reflected as a significant change in enterprise cost and efficiency,an innovation of financial management concept and mode,and an enterprise management mode innovation.Finally,this paper explores problems of enterprise financialsharing platform under the background of "Dazhiyiyun",puts forward the corresponding solution by relevant research,field investigation and case analysis.It proposes solution and advice to enterprise financial sharing platform optimization,improvement and future development under the background of "Dazhiyiyun".The study in this paper can provide a valuable experience for enterprises to build financial sharing platform under the background of "Dazhiyiyun".
