With the economic globalization continues to increase,the counterfeit has become a very common phenomenon in the world,and almost all kinds of products can be counterfeited.Although the counterfeit has been in real life for a long time,the academic research on it has been paid more attention in recent years.The research on the related fields of the counterfeit is the objective requirement of enterprises dealing with the increasingly rampant counterfeit.Firstly,considering two companies manufacturing the same kind product in market: authentic company and non-deceptive counterfeit company,a consumer in the market has the option of purchasing the authentic product,purchasing the non-deceptive counterfeit or not buying,the enterprise decision game of a single non-deceptive counterfeit company and two non-deceptive counterfeit company was partly discussed,by establishing the model,having obtained the Nash equilibrium under there two conditions.Then,adopting the comparative static analysis,the influence of the price of authentic goods and non-deceptive counterfeit on the other factors were discussed.Secondly,focusing on the two echelon supply chain consists of the brand name company,the non-deceptive counterfeiter and the retailer,the supply chain decision game of a single non-deceptive counterfeit company and two non-deceptive counterfeit company was partly discussed.The supply chain game model considering the non-deceptive counterfeit is set up,by adopting stackelberg game method.Pricing decision on the brand name company,the non-deceptive counterfeiter and the retailer is discussed.And the influence of the quality of the authentic good and the non-deceptive counterfeit on the other factors is analyzed through the comparative static analysis,and the results is verified by numerical examples.Finally,aiming two companies manufacturing the same kind product in market: authentic company and deceptive counterfeit company,the different reaction of consumers in the market on the counterfeit is considered.By establishingthe game model and adopting the comparative static analysis,the influence of the price on the other factors were discussed.
