Performance Evaluation And Selection Of Crowdsourcing Supplier Based On DEA

Under 'Internet +' conditions,manufacturing services and manufacturing information are the main stream for development of modern manufacturing enterprises.Meantime,manufacturing services and virtual resources related to online manufacture are other targets for the development of modern manufacturing enterprises.Because diversified and personalized products and services are getting more popular among customers,the mode of production and internal and external environments also altered a lot to cope with these situations.In order to enhance competitiveness and respond to market demands,multiple varieties,small batch and mass customized production mode has been formed in most of enterprises.However,capacity matching between enterprises and dynamic changes in customized demands are essential in supply-chain requirements,so there are some evitable problems including excess productivity,cannot fully utilize resources and high costs.For solving these problems mentioned and utilizing social resources effectively to reduce high costs,a new type cloud manufacturing model was created,namely 'Internet +service manufacturing'.Cloud Manufacturing model is based on the Internet to set up virtual customization of Supply-Chain and offline Supply-Chain operation and management.At the same time,it breaks geographical restrictions of Supply-Chain on specific objects and scope,and it is no longer outsourcing but a wider range of uncertain objects Of the Crowdsourcing,outsourcing Suppliers into mass Crowdsourcing Suppliers,the formation of Crowdsourcing Supply-Chain.Market competition can date back to the competition of Supply-Chain,therefore,it had been changed into crowdsourcing Supply-Chain competition under 'Internet + ' conditions and crowdsourcing model.In addition,there are close-knit connection among operational efficiency,operating cost of the Supply-Chain in the Cloud Manufacturing mode and whole benefits of the Supply-Chain enterprises.Accordingly,the traditional Supply-Chain management model based on the election and evaluation of Supply-Chain is obviously unable to adapt to the Crowdsourcing Supply-Chain with the "one-time temporary cooperative relationship" as the main feature.That is why the selection of crowdsourcing suppliers becoming a core issues of Crowdsourcing Supply-Chain management.In this paper,we integrated Cloud Manufacturing,Crowdsourcing,Suppliers management and other's relevant theoretical basis,studied the evaluation and selection of Crowdsourcing Suppliers in all aspects of the Supply-Chain from perspective of performance.Firstly,we defined the concept and characteristics of Cloud Manufacturing,Crowdsourcing,Crowdsourcing Supply-Chain and the broad masses;Secondly,because of "one-time" characteristics in the operation of the Crowdsourcing Supply-Chain,we should not only focus on capacity but also pay more attention to the performance of the matching relationship among member enterprises,and combine the evaluation index system of the Crowdsourcing Supplier based on the performance perspective.Thirdly,because the relationship among Crowdsourcing Suppliers is competition not partnerships and competition will be more incentive than outsourcing with the evaluation method of the Crowdsourcing Supplier.According to the idea of non-cooperative Game equilibrium,we introduced the concept of Game theory.After that,we polished the Cross-efficiency DEA evaluation method based on the implementation of the improvement,then formed the Crowdsourcing of Suppliers Cross-competition Game Efficiency DEA evaluation method;Finally,by using Matlab,DEAP2.1 software to deal with case data,we verified the feasibility and practicality of the method according to analytical results.The optimization of the general Crowdsourcing Suppliers can achieve the "one-time"optimal Crowdsourcing Supply Chain based on performance and overcome the problem of congenital deficiencies related to the ability to set up Supply-Chain,then transform the post-evaluation-improvement-evaluation into pre-prevention.
