With the maturity of the Internet platform theory,the development of the sharing economy and the O2 O model,crowdsourcing logistics came into being and became the primary transportation capacity guarantee for distribution in the same city.Crowdsourcing logistics service provider(CLSP),as a platform providing logistics distribution services with bilateral market characteristics,such as: Dada,Hummingbird Distribution,and the most fresh arrival platform,faced with intense market price competition due to lack of effective The establishment of operating mechanisms at reasonable prices has led to the failure of many platforms and bankruptcy.Therefore,in the development process of a crowdsourcing logistics distribution service platform,making reasonable price decisions to meet the maximization of benefits is an urgent problem to be solved.This article focuses on the platform that provides logistics distribution services with bilateral market characteristics as the main body,and explores the impact of various variables(information situation,market demand,service effort,competition degree)on the optimal dispatch price of crowdsourcing logistics service platforms from different perspectives.Provides theoretical guidance for the formulation of CLSP actual price strategy.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,from the perspective of the market's macro background,the CLSP optimal dispatch price is studied under the change in market demand(Chapter 3).Based on the characteristics of the random change of demand in the crowdsourcing logistics market,a benefit model of CLSP with time is established,and the optimal dispatch price model is solved by the model.The analysis and research on the model for obtaining the optimal dispatch price found that the optimal dispatch price will change due to changes in market demand.Therefore,in order to save operating costs,CLSP should first observe and study the actual market demand when formulating the dispatch price strategy.And through numerical simulation analysis,we can see that: when the market demand increases,the price of CLSP dispatches slowly decreases but the expected return is slowly reduced and then rises.When the market demand decreases,the price of CLSP dispatches increases slowly,but the expected return Constantly rising;and as CLSP pays more attention to the service level,the lower the optimal dispatch price.Secondly,from the perspective of competition between CLSPs,the CLSP optimal dispatch price is studied under complete competition(Chapter 4).Based on the characteristics of crowdsourcing logistics market under complete information competition,combined with Bertrand's price game model theory,a benefit model of CLSP under complete information competition is constructed,and then the optimal dispatch price model is solved for the benefit model.Through the analysis and research on the optimal dispatch price model,it is found that the optimal dispatch price will fluctuate due to changes in market demand under perfect competition.When the market demand decreases,the optimal dispatch price will increase slowly;however,the market demand will increase At this time,the optimal dispatch price is continuously decreasing.In the same perfect competition,the more attention is paid to the service level,the lower the optimal dispatch price.Moreover,the degree of competition between CLSPs will also affect the optimal dispatch price.When the competition is more intense,the optimal dispatch price will be higher.Finally,considering the level of incomplete information competition,the CLSP optimal dispatch price is studied in this context(Chapter 5).Based on the characteristics of crowdsourcing logistics market under complete information competition and the theory of Bertrand price game model,combined with the probability theory Bayesian formula,the interest model of CLSP under incomplete information competition is constructed,and then the optimal dispatch price model is obtained by solving the interest model.Through the analysis and research on the optimal dispatch price model,it is found that the optimal dispatch price under imperfect competition will change according to the changes in market demand,and the optimal dispatch price will gradually decrease as the market demand increases.At the same time,the dispatch price will decrease as the service level increases.And under incomplete competition,the more intense the competition evolves,the higher the optimal dispatch price.By comparing the complete competition,we can see that CLSP cannot fully profit by concealing information when competing.
