| Car rental is an important part of comprehensive transportation system,and it enriches the contents of road transport services.Providing personalized service for the society and connecting with other traffic modes such as railway,aviation,and waterway are conducive to improve the quality of people' life.In order to promote the development of the car rental industry,from the car rental development conditions,development direction and other aspects of in-depth analysis are discussed,and management countermeasures are put forward.With research of the car rental industry management departments,typical enterprises and users,current situation of car rental industry in Jiangsu Province is analyzed from the enterprise development,enterprise services,enterprise type,and user and management analysis,based on the survey data.The results show that market degree of car rental enterprise is very high,and that some market divisions are formed,and the development of the market in future will be accelerated with more demand,but there are still some problems such as lack of relevant laws and regulations,illegibility of industry management orientation,uncompleted credit reporting system,more business risk,low level of market intensive and lack of relevant supporting policies.Based on the analysis of development and demand of the car rental industry,the environmental state and the development of the industry are discussed,and the development of car rental industry and ideas are proposed as "market-oriented,government-standardized,optimizing the environment".The pattern of development scale,network and brand should be gradually formed to improve the level of the industry service rapidly,and to provide safe,quality,personality,and convenient travel choice for urban residents,and to form demonstration effect throughout the country.This paper provides both the ideas for the management of car rental industry and the direction of the car rental industry development. |
