Lean is a kind of systemized tool as well as a production mode,it emphasizes pull and small batch production,it can reduce unnecessary waste,manpower and material resources,so that can improve customer satisfaction.Lean was first proven successful by Toyota.Two decades after that,almost all well-known manufacturing companies are going to study and imitate,but from the production status,lean road was just started,perfection is still very far,and in the aspect of logistics,the maturity is lower.Now,more and more manufacturers are combining lean thinking with production to gain cost advantage and increase market share.During the implementation process,lean logistics has a lot of principles to follow,as well as many logistics tools such as pulling,direct line,circulating feeding and so on.Circulation feed refers to the circulation of the warehouse,it should ensure that the fixed amount of materials can be supplied to each production line in time,it increases the frequency of transportation and delivery,greatly accelerates the flow rate of materials,obviously reduces the inventory of the production area,improves production environment,ensures material supply in time,thus improves the efficiency of feeding.Therefore,in assembly plant,how to arrange the circulation of the vehicles to the production line has great significance in line inventory controlling and cost saving.Pulling and circulating feed are both important tool for lean production.Actually,in assembly plant,it is of great significance to reduce the inventory of production line and improve the delivery time.In order to help enterprise managers to identify and eliminate waste during production,to improve customer satisfaction,this paper,from the perspective of lean logistics,expounds the problems of manufacturing plant and the important role which lean thought playes in manufacturing cost advantage.This paper is based on Jiang Huanhuan's single-cycle vehicle scheduling literature [37],researching the optimization of multi-cycle logistics scheduling,which based on lean thought,and it includes:1.It describes a series of problems in assembly plant,such as shortages of materials,piling up of finished products,difficulties between the cycles,and analyzes the complete multi-cycle delivery process.2.It optimizes the production cycle by establishing the multi-cycle logistics scheduling model,which focuses on the different service requirements of time window,and the influence of material stock for the next cycle's delivery time.3.In this paper,LINGO is used for small-scale solution and ant colony algorithm is used for large-scale solution,and the corresponding solutions are expounded,and the GUI of multi-cycle scheduling optimization is designed in MATLAB.4.In small-scale case,choosing two cycle's production demand,comparing the optimization of multi cycle model used in literature [37] with single-cycle model,through the total cost,the line inventory and the time of stop line to prove the validity of the multi-cycle optimization model.Based on the limitations of the LINGO,the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem in a large scale,and the scheduling optimization interface is designed.In this paper,LINGO is used for small-scale calculation,but the constant adjustment of the program will increase the amount of computing data,when the size of the data is increased to a certain extent,LINGO's calculation time will also lengthen,and the result will become more and more unstable.In the actual application process,the decision has a high demand for the time,and the number of production lines is large,the number of demand for one shift is also large,so the large-scale solution is carried out with MATLAB.S electric tool company is taken as a case,it introduces the problems existing in production line.Using multi-cycle scheduling optimization model which is established and single-cycle scheduling model to calculate respectively,the feasibility and effectiveness of multi-cycle scheduling model are verified by comparing the total cost,the line inventory and the time of stop line.Finally,it establish the GUI as the application of the scheduling optimization.But the selection of single-cycle and multi-cycle logistics scheduling model is not studied,this is the deficiency of this article,so the selection of thesetwo optimization models and the production line scheduling system can be the direction of future research.
