The Influence Of FDI To Our Country Independent Innovation Based On The Perspective Of Human Capital

With the development of global economy,foreign direct investment has great influence on the global economy and trade,the developed countries through the direct investment in developing countries,the advanced technology and cutting-edge knowledge into the host country,improve scientific research ability of host country,promote the economic development of the host country.Host use of FDI technology spillover effect,and can absorb advanced technology,realize the upgrading of industrial structure,improve the competitive advantage.Host country determines the level of human capital on FDI enterprise technology absorptive capacity,the higher the level of human capital on FDI technology spillover effect,the better.Early in the inflow of FDI enterprises,the host country will choose depend on the technology spillover of FDI enterprises,after the host country reaches a certain level of human capital,are no longer satisfied with technology spillover of FDI,but the choice of independent innovation.In a certain period of time,the host country enterprise in imitation and learning,and technology to progress quickly,appear even "advantage",beyond the FDI enterprises.However,in the long run,to truly realize technological progress and economic growth,should depend on independent innovation.In this paper,by using the stochastic frontier model,USES Frontier4.1 statistics software,to 31 provincial data to carry on the empirical analysis between 2005-2012.Selection of patent applications and new product sales income of two different indicators,used to measure the efficiency of independent innovation.Through regression analysis,judgment,R&D human capital,R&D capital stock,FDI,human capital as a whole,and between the various levels of human capital on the efficiency of independent innovation.The research results show that our country's independent innovation level is still low,has certain disparity with the developed country,there is a lot of progress in space.R&D human capital is the key factors of independent innovation is very important,so to develop the R&D human capital.At the same time,also want to strengthen the investment in R&D capital stock.The influence of human capital as a whole to our country independent innovation was not significant,but college degree or above has significant effects on the independent innovation,especially the record of formal schooling of above of graduate students is especially significant impact on the independent innovation.Our country should develop the advanced talents.
