As an important form of the short term tourism consumption,the rural eco-tourism is becoming a more and more important role in people's material and cultural life.Along with the pace of China's reform and opening up,the rural ecological tourism is experiencing from "sightseeing" to "leisure",from "peasant music" to "leisure" experience mode,from the traditional rural eco-tourism to the modern rural ecological tourism.Its appearance has greatly enriched the connotation of the tourism industry,promote the integration of regional tourism development and transformation and upgrading.At present,the overall development of rural ecological tourism in Qijiang is good,with natural advantages and appreciation of space,but also faces many development bottlenecks and new challenges.How to seize the opportunity,to meet the market,to seek development has become the first major issues.Therefore,the research on the development strategy of rural ecotourism is not only an important task for the long-term survival of enterprises,but also an important prerequisite for the realization of sustainable development of rural ecological tourism management entities.This paper studies the actual situation of the production and management of the gold and silver mountains and rivers in Qijiang.On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature data and theoretical data,the paper introduces the theory and research methods of strategic management into the enterprise.Analysis of the enterprise in the development process of the opportunities and threats,have the advantages and disadvantages,identify the cause of the problem and put forward practical solutions and development strategies.
